Investment and advisory firm partners with ARC Industries, Inc. to purchase the Virginia division of specialty marine staffing firm
Succession Capital Partners (SCP), a specialty-investment firm focused on micro-cap alternative assets, announced today the acquisition of the Virginia division of Capital Consultants, Inc. (CCI). CCI is a Louisiana-based specialty marine staffing firm focused on providing skilled trade personnel to the ship repair and ship construction industry. SCP partnered with ARC Industries, Inc., a privately-held investment firm based in Charlotte, NC, to purchase the division.

The division, which will be rebranded as Shipyard Staffing, offers short-term, long-term and permanent placement to a wide array of clients, including General Dynamics NASSCO, BAE, Huntington Ingalls Industries, NSC, QED Systems and many more. CCI’s talent includes skilled tradesman, experienced professionals, college-level management and upper management.

This is Succession’s second acquisition since opening a Hampton Roads office in March.
