Mr. Flowers has been a real-estate operating partner and investor with Succession Capital Partners (SCP) since 2010. Mr. Flowers advises on SCP’s single-tenant income product. Currently, Mr. Flowers manages Flowers Capital Holdings, LLC., a real estate advisory – consultancy firm. Prior to Flowers Capital Holdings, Mr. Flowers was managing director with TARIS Real Estate, LLC based in Chicago, IL. TARIS is a development company specializing in ground-up and value-add projects. Prior to Succession, Mr. Flowers was the founder and president of Carolina Income Property Group, LLC based in Charlotte, N.C., he focused on commercial-real-estate development and management. Mr. Flowers was responsible for originating, developing, managing and exiting real-estate investments, including Morrison Plantation, a 500-acre mixed-use development with more than 1,200,000 of commercial-and-retail space and more than 500 single and multi-family homes. Prior to starting Carolina Income Property Group in 2004, Mr. Flowers was a founding partner of The Nichols Company, Inc., a boutique-commercial real-estate brokerage firm also based in Charlotte, N.C. Mr. Flowers began his real-estate career with Childress Klein Properties, focused on marketing and leasing income-producing properties for retailers and regional name brands throughout the Southeast. Mr. Flowers graduated Phi Sigma Tau from Wheaton College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. Mr. Flowers obtained his Masters of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is also a member of CRCBR, ULI, and ICSC as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.
